Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

You'll visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Valid Driver's License: This position requires a valid driver's license because driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices is an essential function of the job.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical Ability:
• Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
• Lift up to 70 lbs
• Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
• Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience
• Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
• Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
• Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen, to include a drug test and an acceptable driving record. Compensation listed may reflect a combination of hourly pay rate and location pay differential.
