If that's how you work too, this is therole for you.About the role:As Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics, you will work as part of the team overseeing ourcustomers’ performance and spending in our marketplace business. You will be the owner ofone more significant customer campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities that producevalue for both EverQuote and our customers. You will work cross-functionally with Product,Engineering, Data Science, and Business Development to convert these ideas into realizedvalue.About you:You are a talented analyst and communicator. You enjoy finding inefficiency using data, but areconsidered enough in your analysis to know when to flip into execution to capture anopportunity. You have a knack for explaining complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders, bothinternal and external. You envision yourself growing into a leader of analysts or a P&L owner asyou progress in your career.What you'll do:- Campaign optimization: Become the primary analyst on multiple customer campaigns,responsible for understanding their performance in detail. Identify opportunities toimprove pricing rationality and customer outcomes through campaign optimizations, andeither execute these directly or product clear recommendations to BD and customers todo so.- Capability-building: contribute to team-wide capabilities that improve the quality orvelocity of common customer or marketplace dynamics analyses- Stakeholder collaboration: Build deep relationships with Enterprise BD, Product, andEngineering to effectively convert surfaced ideas into action, and with other teams withinAnalytics to ensure recommendations support broader company strategyWhat you bring to the team:- 2+ years of experience in Analytics or a related domain, with a focus on quantitativebusiness problem-solving- Strong SQL skills; able to independently pull, shape, and analyze large datasets(Snowflake a plus)- Solid experimentation fundamentals: significance, power, incrementality measurement,confound control- Clear communication with both technical and executive stakeholdersNice to have:- Experience in the insurance industry, digital performance marketing, or marketplacebusinesses - these experiences are valuable but not required, and a great candidate willlearn these on the jobThe base salary actually offered for this position is determined by several factors, including theapplicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
