About the Role:

As a Dietary Aide at Heritage Lakeside, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care to our residents. Our skilled nursing team develops personalized care plans to address each resident’s physical, spiritual, social, and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and service of all meals and beverages for residents, visitors, and staff according to policies and procedures.
• Clear and clean kitchen, dining area, and catering equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques following policies and procedures.
• Advise residents on menu choice in a way that gives maximum choice.
• Assist in cleaning the dining room and kitchen after dinner service.
Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• Basic Math
• Comprehensive reading
• Following Direction
Schedule:
This is a flexible opportunity with rotating shifts, including every other weekend.
