We're a family-owned grain brokerage, trading, and risk management firm headquartered in South Carolina. We're looking to add to our team across two roles:

Grain Broker & Risk Management Advisor

As a Grain Broker & Risk Management Advisor, you will serve as a trusted partner to grain producers across your region — helping them navigate cash markets, understand local basis, manage price risk, and execute sound marketing strategies. You will manage your own book of business, deliver ongoing market insight, and represent our firm with a farmer-first focus. This role is ideal for someone with an agricultural background and a strong grasp of grain markets who is ready to step into a client-facing advisory role — backed by an experienced team and a comprehensive suite of services.

Grain Trader & Merchandiser

As a Grain Trader & Merchandiser, you will be the link between the farm and the market — originating bushels, solving real marketing problems for producers, and moving grain efficiently through feed, storage, transload, and export channels. You will stay closely attuned to market movements, build lasting producer relationships, and manage the commercial relationships that move grain to domestic end users and international customers alike. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in basis, thrives in a fast-moving physical grain environment, and wants the autonomy to manage and grow their own book of business in a growing company.

What We're Looking For:

• Willingness to work directly with farmers, producers, processors, and end users

• Experience in grain marketing, merchandising, elevator operations, or commodity risk management

• Working knowledge of basis, cash markets, and CME futures

• Series 3 license (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to stay informed on market trends and provide clients with competitive insights and solutions

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
