Full Time Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Green Bay, WI. This position will be scheduled as a full time position at 30 hours per week M-F. Will be 2 days with later hours, but will allow for a later start time.

What You'll Do:

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
• Performs other duties as assigned
