Allure Family Dental Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our family-oriented private practice in Huntington Beach, CA. Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), scaling, and root planing
Conduct periodontal charting and monitor gum health
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
Conduct oral health screenings and review patient medical/dental histories
Provide patient education on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
Document patient assessments, treatments, and education accurately in dental records
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols
Collaborate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and front-office staff
Build patient trust, ease anxiety, and communicate clearly and compassionately

Requirements

Licensed dental hygienist
X-ray / Radiography Certification

Current Registered Dental Hygienist license
Strong knowledge of dental care procedures including root planing and preventive health
Experience with dental radiography and image acquisition
Proficiency in infection prevention, dental sterilization, and disinfection procedures
Excellent patient communication and counseling skills
Ability to manage patient records and charting accurately
Commitment to professional ethics and decision-making
Effective time management and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Experience in a family dental practice setting
Familiarity with the latest dental technology and procedures
Ongoing commitment to continuing education and skill development
Ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment

Working Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
