Identifies sales opportunities through consultative conversations and cross-sells additional business supplies. Provides a genuine and engaging customer experience while actively listening to uncover opportunities for stated and unstated needs. Expands sales opportunities beyond business essentials by leveraging additional products such as promotional items, print marketing, and other services.Meets monthly performance metrics for revenue, customer experience, and time managementFollows prescribed sales approach to increase average spend and highlight value of products and services offeredEfficiently multi-tasks and navigates across multiple PC order systems while simultaneously communicating with customers.Manage a high volume of customer inquiries daily while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.Places high quality accurate orders for callers that represents a premium printing supplierPreferred Qualifications:Education: HS/GEDExperience: Strong customer-facing communication skills developed through retail or call center environments.Critical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Builds rapport with clients, team members and leadershipCreate Genuine Engagement and Build Rapport with callersStrong/Creative Problem Solving SkillsConnects customers’ needs to meaningful solutions through conversationTakes accountability for actions, progress and resultsDemonstrate proficiency in learning and utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 applications in a fast-paced environment.Compensation:The compensation range for this position is $19.00 hourly plus commission.CompensationThe compensation range for this position is $19.00 - $19.25 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
