Managing multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Handling telephone transactions courteously and efficiently. Promoting sales, specials, and new merchandise. Assisting customers with merchandise selection and suggesting complementary products. Processing payments accurately, verifying identification, and handling cash securely. Notifying customers of special orders or back-ordered items. Resolving customer complaints with empathy and a positive attitude, demonstrating our commitment to excellent service.
