ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2003 and is a small, close-knit team focused on maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years as a team member, building a solid foundation in the business.

Im a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and take pride in both my work and community involvement. We stay actively involved by supporting organizations like Manning Childrens Hospital, pediatric brain cancer research, and groups such as Soaring Spirits International.

Donna Vaughn - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
