LOCATION: Broken Arrow, OK

SHIFT: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

COMPENSATION: $22–$25/hr + Overtime Available

Looking for a welding opportunity with long-term potential? We're seeking motivated Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced welders and recent welding graduates looking to gain hands-on industry experience.

✅ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

✅ Perform MIG and Flux-Core welding on steel components

✅ Fit, fabricate, and assemble structural parts

✅ Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

✅ Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards

✅ Clean, grind, and prepare materials for fabrication

✅ Assist with material handling and positioning

✅ Maintain a safe and productive work environment

• MIG Welding
• Flux-Core Welding
• Fitting & Fabrication Experience
• Blueprint Reading
• Structural Welding Knowledge

Recent welding school graduates and vocational training candidates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with hands-on welding training and a strong willingness to learn will be considered.

• Manufacturing experience
• Structural steel experience
• TIG welding exposure
• Crane or material handling experience

Candidates should be able to perform:

✔ 3G Plate Groove Weld Test (Vertical-Up)

✔ 4G Plate Fillet Weld Test (Overhead Fillet)

Contract-to-Hire

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broken Arrow, OK.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
