• ARRT, BCLS

• Required certification: Cath Lab Tech
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty (1 year minimum stated); Level 1 trauma experience preferred 2. Cases: Interventional, Structural, Pediatric, Congenital, ECMO, Heart Failure, Transplant, Impella, IABP, TAVR, Watchman, PCI procedures 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; PALS required before start (not at submission); ARRT certification; Kentucky State Radiation License KBMIRT required before assignment; EKG onboarding exam required 4. License: Rad
