Our successful and established Farmers Insurance Agency in Duluth, GA is seeking a motivated, energetic, and driven individual who wants more than a job—you want a long‑term career with unlimited potential. You will train directly with a Topper Club–level team, gain hands‑on experience in sales, service, marketing, and client management, and receive award‑winning Farmers University training. ???? Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and performance targets
• Develop insurance quotes, deliver presentations, and close sales
• Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to cross‑sell and up‑sell
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships to maintain high retention
• Grow revenue through phone outreach, email, and lead follow‑up
• Prospect new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling, and lead databases
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend coverage
• Present policy options clearly and confidently
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and provide ongoing client support
