Responsibilities Direct and manage a dedicated hardscape crew to construct luxury outdoor environments and service residential properties. Operate company trucks, trailers, and specialized heavy machinery safely on a daily basis. Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and functional integrity of all assigned vehicles and equipment. Instruct and mentor new crew members on safety protocols, industry best practices, and proper hardscape installation techniques. Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and premium service to ensure every residential project exceeds quality standards. Execute supplementary operational duties on-site to support overall project success and company goals. Requirements Possess a valid Chauffeur’s License, which is strictly required for this position. Demonstrate proven, hands-on professional experience in hardscape construction and installation. Exhibit a strong background in successfully managing and leading field crews. Show proficiency in the safe operation of trucks, trailers, and specialized landscape equipment.
