• Licensure/Certs: Wisconsin Medical License required (or eligible)
• Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred, but all qualified candidates encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient clinic services and perform procedures in the OR
• Manage patient diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for urological conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in system call responsibilities out of Wausau, 7-10 days/month, including one weekend
• Cover outreach clinics as needed in Wisconsin Rapids, 1-2 days/month
• Document patient visits accurately and maintain timely communication with staff
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need:

• Active Wisconsin Medical License or eligible for licensure
• Urology certification or experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
