About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coaches to support adults with employment barriers in achieving success in their workplaces and community-based employment settings. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion and empowerment and has hands-on experience in the disability field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site job coaching and support to individuals with barriers in various employment settings
- Assist with job skill development, workplace communication, and problem-solving
- Collaborate with employers to ensure a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Monitor progress and adapt coaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with the support team
