Job Title

D1 Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout. They exhibit the ability to adapt and customize programs in the workouts, in order to tailor them to each athlete. They take a personal stake in the lives of our athletes, maintaining regular contact and monitoring their individual progress toward their goals. Responsibilities

Greeting and checking-in clients as they enter with a friendly and professional attitude...even at 5am! Answer phone calls and answer inquiries about training programs. They should hear you smile! Give new clients or prospective clients a tour of the facility and speak to the services we offer. Sell retail items at the front desk. Be able to multi-task. Recognize needs in the facility and act on them to give the clients an experience beyond expectations.

Qualifications

At Least 1 Year of Sales or Customer Service experience Must be a high-energy, friendly, and outgoing individual. Must love fitness and the pursuit of wellness. Always putting the customer and the customer experience first. Team player attitude.

Availability

Looking for mornings as early as 5am and/or evening until 8pm Saturday mornings to mid-day Compensation: $15.00 per hour
