Role:
New customer onboarding and ongoing software training
Categorize support requests as: Training, Break-fix, Bugs, or Improvements
Provide solutions and train users on software features
Escalate tickets to supervisor or route to other teams
Follow-up with customers to confirm resolution
Provide updates on upcoming feature releases
Opportunity to learn and grow into other roles within the company
