$10K Bonus - Registered Respiratory Therapist Full Time

Job Description

Jackson HealthPros is hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a permanent position with a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

  Minimum Requirements :

\n

\n
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
\n
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
\n
• BLS certification.
\n
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
\n
• Experience in ICU ventilator management and post-operative ventilator care preferred.
\n
• Experience with PB 980 ventilators preferred.
\n
• Comfortable and confident working in an ICU environment.
\n
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development, including bedside bronchoscopy and intubation training as offered by the facility.
\n
• Open to relocation candidates!

Schedule & Shift Details :

\n

\n
• 12-hour shifts.
\n
• Day rotation: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
\n
• 36-hour weekly guarantee.
\n
• Flexible scheduling may allow for preference toward nights, though rotation is expected when needed.
\n

\n

\n

Preferred Clinical Skills :

\n

\n
• Strong ventilator management skills.
\n
• Experience or willingness to train in intubation, arterial line placement, and bedside bronchoscopy.
\n
• Ability to function intentionally, reliably, and as a team-oriented clinician.
\n

\n

\n

Compensation & Incentives :

• Compensation varies by experience.
\n
• Sign-on bonus currently listed at $10,000
\n
