Registered Nurse

Emergency Room Registered Nurse needed. ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required. Every other weekend is required. Five years of experience is required as per management. Patient ratios are 4:1 for all shifts. Self-scheduling is available for staff. Daily census ranges from 50 to 70 patients. Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy and respiratory services. Knowledge of BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, and central line care is essential. Ability to administer emergency medications and interpret arterial blood gases is required. Experience with dysrhythmias and procedural sedation monitoring is needed. Candidates must complete 7 years of work history verification. All compliance documents must be submitted prior to the start date. Candidates are expected to adhere to the maximum time off policy. Holiday time off requests are limited.
