ServiceNow Application DeveloperAs a ServiceNow Senior Application Developer you will be focusing on developments related to the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Product Owner to providing technical conceptions and practical implementation for our call center and distributed technology teams. You will be responsible for advanced designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions. Your role and responsibilities will include:Support and develop solutions for ServiceNow applications including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Reporting / Performance AnalyticsServiceNow Application Developer experience with customizationServiceNow wizard for maturing platform capabilities and automating administrative tasks such as management of users, groups, and rolesHelp transform business and technical requirements into implementation plansDevelop technical specifications, maintain architecture / integration documentationFormulate and socialize development best practices within ServiceNow development teamAnalyze, troubleshoot, and fix identified ServiceNow system issues / operational support ticketsHands-on technical delivery including ability to create and modify WorkflowsHands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow and maintaining integrationsRequired Technical and Professional Expertise:3+ years of ServiceNow Development experienceExperience with building custom applications on ServiceNowStrong skills/experience with Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Service Request, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, Project & Demand Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Hands on experience on basic configurations such as Access controls, notifications, workflows, business rules, client scripts and script includesExperience working on Web Services integrations such as REST, JSON & SOAPWorking & implementation experience with Service PortalFamiliarity with SCRUM / Agile working practices and Devops operation modelKnowledge of ITILv3 processesUnderstanding of CMDB best practices and ServiceNow ITOM Visibility (Discovery and Service Mapping)Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database into ServiceNowStrong Knowledge of key integrations and their mechanisms like WorkdayCertified System AdministratorCertified Application DeveloperCertified ServiceNow Platform ImplementerExperience working with a large call center or unified shared services center is preferred
