If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.ResponsibilitiesPerforms routine PLC and HMI/SCADA programming assignmentsWorks according to clear- cut and complete specificationsMaintains and modifies routine programs, tests and documents modifications and writes operator instructionsReviews objectives and assignment details with higher level staff to insure thorough understandingUses judgment in selecting among authorized procedures and seeks assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed or when unanticipated problems ariseQualificationsMinimum of 6 years of demonstrated ability and experience at the programmer level developing PLC code and HMI/SCADA configuration for small, medium and large size SCADA/Telemetry projectsAssociate’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical EngineeringCertified completion of advanced level PLC and SCADA software training3+ years of experience in the water and wastewater SCADA industryPreferred QualificationsAdvanced training in communication protocols like Modbus Serial, Modbus TCP, A/B Ethernet IP, Siemens/ProfibusProgramming experience with Rockwell, Modicon, GE, Siemens PLC’sProgramming experience with Rockwell Factory Talk, Citect, Wonderware, VT SCADA, iFixCompensation Range$130,000 to $165,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
