IT Manager - Las Vegas

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As the IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys technology infrastructure and operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, reliability and efficiency of our systems Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training and performance evaluations Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise Ensure data backups are regularly performed and disaster recovery plans are in place Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for system improvements or upgrades Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions to improve their workflows Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software and support services Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, cloud computing and data backup systems Experience with project management methodologies Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Salary $1500 per month negotiable based on experience Location Las Vegas local candidates preferred If you have a passion for technology and proven leadership skills we would love to hear from you.
