Responsibilities As a Courtesy Clerk, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries, helping customers find products, gathering carts, sweeping spills, and performing other front‑end duties. You are the face of Sprouts to our customers. Friendly, outgoing, and a strong team player are essential qualities. Many team members begin their careers in this role and are promoted to other departments. Qualifications At least 16 years of age Dependable and reliable Outwardly friendly and outgoing Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers Flexible schedule that adapts to business needs Follow all Front End procedures and work closely with other team members Pay Range The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.75 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
