Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial assessments and regular follow-up sessions to evaluate patient mental health statuses and progress. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs. \n
- Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions. \n
- Provide clients with coping strategies and resources, empowering them to tackle their mental health challenges independently. \n
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care. \n
- Maintain meticulous records within the EHR system to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and effective tracking of client progress. \n
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use challenges, and eating disorders among others. Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia. \n
- A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling. \n
- A master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies. \n
- Strong crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interactions with clients and team members. \n
- Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable with general computer applications. \n

- Experience in telehealth services, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients in a virtual setting. \n
