No insurance experience or license is required. We're looking for a dependable, personable team member who is willing to learn and help support our customers and the day-to-day operations of the agency.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll help with basic office responsibilities and provide friendly support to our customers.

Responsibilities may include:

Answering phones and assisting customers with basic questions.

Greeting and helping customers in the office.

Responding to customer requests and directing questions to the appropriate team member.

Assisting with routine administrative and insurance office tasks.

Helping organize and maintain customer records and documents.

Scheduling appointments and assisting with follow-up communications.

Supporting the agency team with day-to-day office needs.

Learning about insurance products and agency processes.

Providing a professional, friendly experience to every customer.
