YOUR DAY

As our Patient Support Specialist, you'll answer calls, schedule appointments, and accurately enter information into the EHR while coordinating with providers to keep schedules on track. Throughout the day, you'll assist with check-ins, manage records, collect payments, and help guide them through their visit. By supporting communication through tools like the Patient Portal and ensuring smooth patient flow, you'll play a key role in delivering an organized and positive care experience.

YOUR HOURS

This is a full-time healthcare position with shifts that vary within standard business hours.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to learn and use electronic scheduling and medical record systems
• Ability to multitask while delivering courteous service

At least one month of related experience or training, healthcare or customer service experience, scheduling experience, familiarity with EHR systems, payment collection experience, and a commitment to patient safety are preferred.
