What You’ll Be Doing Speak with inbound callers seeking tax relief assistance Build rapport quickly and uncover client concerns Educate clients on available programs and solutions Lead conversations confidently and effectively toward closing deals Stay motivated in a goal-oriented sales environment Track performance and consistently improve closing ratios
