The Company operates 71 manufacturing and automation facilities across 20 countries and serves customers in over 160 countries.Location: Shanghai - Hu Tai RoadJob ResponsibilitiesCustomer Management (Order Fulfilment)Manage customer order processing from order receipt until order delivered/invoicing as per customer requirement and in accordance with company policy.Logistics & ShippingCoordinate with order management team on shipment activation.Warehousing & Inventories ManagementManage 3PL warehouse to ensure stock accuracy and service level are maintained.Vendor Management/PurchasingResponsible for direct and indirect vendor/purchase.Reporting and MonitoringDrive the purchasing activities and improvements.Job RequirementsThorough understanding of custom regulations, procedures and documentation requirement for both import and export shipments. Good SAP system knowledge/experience. Good communication skill to communicate with customer/vendor. Experience in Supply Chain activities. Professional approach and interaction. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve customs related issues. Languages Fluent speaking, reading and writing skills in English & Japanese.
