Entry-Level Sales Opener

As a Sales Opener, you will engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and facilitate a seamless transition to a Resolution Officer for a comprehensive consultation. Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and establish professional rapport. Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand each client's circumstances and determine eligibility for our services. Clearly communicate the value of our solutions and explain the client onboarding process. Accurately document client interactions and maintain records within the company's CRM platform. Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, qualified transfers, and conversion objectives. Collaborate effectively with Resolution Officers and other team members to support client success. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout all client interactions. Follow up with prospective clients as necessary to ensure timely engagement. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor and ability to build trust with prospective clients. Self-motivated with a competitive and goal‑oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a performance-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn CRM systems. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call center operations, or other client‑facing roles is preferred but not required.
