Network 1 Inc is looking for a passionate and motivated Job Coach to join our team in Chino Hills, CA! In this rewarding role, you'll make a direct impact by empowering individuals to find, secure, and thrive in meaningful employment. - Provide one-on-one job coaching and career guidance to clients seeking employment
- Assist clients with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job placement opportunities
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support during job placement and retention phases
- Conduct vocational assessments to identify client skills, interests, and employment goals
- Collaborate with case managers, support staff, and community partners to ensure client success
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with program requirements
- Prior experience in job coaching, workforce development, or vocational rehabilitation preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
- Ability to build rapport with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment
- Knowledge of local job market, employment resources, and community services in the Chino Hills area
- Proficient in documentation, case management software, and Microsoft Office
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
