Working remotely in Arizona time, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed real estate transaction tasks from contract to close, ensuring a seamless experience for agents and clients while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates to ensure timely transaction closures Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process Serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication effectively Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination Proven ability to navigate multiple software systems with a focus on transaction management Strong analytical skills to manage financial details, including expenses and commission calculations Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated capability in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
