Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals recovering from illness or injury. Role Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Monitor and record patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of care practices.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules.
