Senior Finance Manager (52148) Malvern, England Salary: GBP70000 - GBP80000 per annum Gleeson Recruitment Group are partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business to recruit a Senior Finance Manager into a pivotal leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute finance professional to join a dynamic environment where they can drive performance, influence decision‑making, and lead a high‑performing team. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the finance function, playing a key role in supporting revenue growth and improving EBITDA performance. This is a highly visible position, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and within a wider UK group structure. You’ll combine strong financial control with a forward‑thinking, continuous improvement mindset, helping to modernise processes and deliver high‑quality insight to support strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end finance function, including management accounts, reporting, and financial controls Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership and group finance teams Own the month‑end process, driving efficiency and ensuring tight reporting deadlines are met Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships Provide insightful analysis on business performance, identifying risks and opportunities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning cycles Oversee audit processes and statutory obligations Drive process improvements and optimise the use of ERP systems Take ownership of capital expenditure tracking, fixed assets, and lease accounting Lead and develop a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement About You We’re looking for a hands‑on, commercially focused finance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) Proven experience in a senior finance role within manufacturing or industrial environments Strong track record of managing and developing finance teams Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making Strong technical knowledge (IFRS / UK GAAP) Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for improving processes Comfortable rolling up sleeves and supporting the wider team when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
