Shift Type: Day/Night shift, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support their daily needs
• Assist patients with bathing, oral hygiene, and skin care
• Help patients get in and out of bed, feed, and dress
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (renew every two years)
• At least 1 year of inpatient acute care experience
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as required

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care and ADL assistance
• Vital signs monitoring and documentation
• Intake and output measurement
• Infection control practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
