Customer Service Representative (CSR) Sergeants Electric At Sergeants Electric, our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our customers, and they play a key role in creating the exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused CSR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people solve problems. If you're someone who can confidently manage a busy phone line, stay calm under pressure, and deliver outstanding customer service while keeping schedules organized and running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. Pay & Schedule $17–$22 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time Position Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM What You’ll Do Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Make outbound to customers on follow up recommendations or schedule annual maintenance Schedule and dispatch service appointments Communicate clearly with customers and technicians Handle emergency and priority scheduling situations Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service Maintain accurate customer information and notes Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience Help maximize schedule efficiency and booking opportunities What We’re Looking For Previous CSR, call center, dispatching, or office experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team mentality Strong organizational and computer skills Professional and dependable Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during busy periods Experience in home services or Service Titan or House Call Pro is a plus, but not required Why People Love Working Here We are a growing company with consistent demand and long-term opportunity.
