Drive-By Property Inspector (Independent Contractor) Richland Center, WI and Richland County National Mortgage Field Services is actively seeking a reliable independent contractor located in or near Richland Center, WI to handle local property inspections. This is a field-based role suited for individuals who are already working independently and can manage their own territory. What You’ll Do Drive to assigned properties in your local area Take required exterior photos Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant) Submit reports using a mobile app This is not random gig work — this is territory-based assignment work. Contractors who stay consistent are given continued volume in their area.
