What You’ll DoAs our Lead Barista, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional coffee experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow behind the counter.
- Preparing high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Training and mentoring team members to maintain consistent service standards.
- Monitoring inventory and assisting with stock management.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Providing outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- A deep passion for coffee and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
