We empower our employees with the resources, incentives, and flexibility that they need to support a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling career by providing many valuable benefits and a balanced compensation structure combined with career development.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test suites for software and embedded systems.Perform functional, regression, UAT, and live environment testing across platforms.Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.Analyze system requirements and translate them into detailed test documentation and quality assurance protocols.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure product readiness.Support the implementation of agile practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Evaluate product performance post-release using analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.Maintain quality documentation including FSDs, PRDs, and mock-ups.Provide training and mentorship to new team members on QA processes and tools.Risk minimization through use of appropriate risk assessment tools and verification of the robustness of detection and prevention systems for special characteristics.Support the development and maintenance of FMEA's and control plansSupport the definition of quality processes and technical standards in cooperation with development, product management and manufacturing to ensure product qualitySupport the planning and evaluation of product test drives within quality and approvals of functions and systems.Provide quality support to the technical and manufacturing teams, as well as drive/support daily operations.Perform other duties as assigned.Higher Diploma in Software Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, and business analysis.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC.Proficiency in QA tools such as Jira, YouTrack, and test management platforms.Experience with cross-platform testing and bug tracking.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (preferred).PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner (preferred).Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with global collaboration.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration.High attention to detail and ability to maintain rigorous quality documentation.Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to innovate in quality assurance technologies.Manufacturing Quality EngineerLocation: (Warsaw, IN)Kyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
