Lead and work alongside your maintenance team to complete service requests and unit turns efficiently Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general building systems Keep the community safe, clean, and fully operational every day Manage make‑ready inventory to keep leasing on track Coordinate vendors, control costs, and stay on budget Set the standard for quality, speed, and professionalism This is a working supervisor role—you’ll be in the field with your team leading the way.
