Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a high-volume Level I Trauma Center OR environment with patients of complex acuity
• Perform both circulating and scrubbing roles across a broad range of surgical specialties including GYN, Neuro, General, Plastics, ENT, and Urology
• Manage patient care across a 20-suite OR department with an average daily census of approximately 50 cases
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Participate in on-call shifts as scheduled and float to affiliated orthopedic surgical locations as needed
• Adhere to strict attendance standards; reliability and punctuality are essential in this fast-paced setting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an OR RN in a comparable setting
• Large hospital OR experience required
• BLS certification required
• Any active state RN license or compact RN license accepted
• EPIC charting experience required
• Must live more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience strongly preferred
• Strong scrubbing experience highly preferred
• Trauma surgical experience strongly preferred
• Versatile surgical specialty skill set across GYN, Neuro, General, Plastics, ENT, and Urology
