Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Travel RN specializing in Medical/Surgical to provide exceptional nursing care in a dynamic hospital setting. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team on a 13-week assignment, delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the EMR system.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and unit guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of current acute care Med/Surg experience in a hospital setting.
• Hold active licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Meditech EMR and typical surgical procedures.
• Have certified BLS credentials; NRP and additional certifications preferred.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills with an outgoing, can-do attitude.
• Be confident and independent, capable of working solo or with minimal supervision.
