Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Leader to oversee daily operations, guide team performance, and ensure the highest standards of efficiency and productivity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading by example while driving results.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily team activities to meet operational goals
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members
