Managed by United Surgical Partners International & Joint Commission Accredited Under the direct supervision of the HOPD Director, the PreOp/PACU nurse is responsible for implementing the PreOp and Post Anesthesia Care record, nursing care plan and the assimilation of the patients’ hospital record. The PreOP/PACU nurse is also responsible for implementing all physician orders, providing for the continuity and quality of nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patients; condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. At times, assist the physicians with various tasks, conscious sedation and utilizing sterile technique as deemed appropriate. Required Skills Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital setting Charge experience preferred Registered Nurse (RN) or Graduate Nurse (GN) license required BLS Must obtain ACLS & PALS within 30 days of hire #J-18808-Ljbffr United Surgical Partners International
