Your role will involve developing tailored rehabilitation strategies for individuals of all ages, including post-operative patients, athletes, and active adults. By fostering strong therapeutic relationships, you will not only support recovery but also elevate patients' confidence in their physical abilities, promoting long-term wellness.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy, ideally within orthopedic or acute care settings.Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Tennessee and current CPR certification.Demonstrated commitment to delivering clinical excellence, with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction.Effective communication and interpersonal skills aimed at fostering relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.Knowledge of federal, state, and governing agency regulations applicable to physical therapy practice.A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required for travel to patient locations when necessary.Preferred ExperienceAdvanced clinical skills in orthopedic rehabilitation, particularly in treating sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare-related software for documentation and communication.Leadership or mentoring experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating ability to foster professional growth among peers.Compensation and BenefitsGranite Creek offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, coupled with an extensive benefits package.
