DESCRIPTION:

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the Foundation’s full-cycle recruitment function and serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. This role advises leaders on recruitment strategy and hiring practices; develops sourcing strategies; screens and evaluates candidates; coordinates selection processes; manages recruitment metrics; supports onboarding; and promotes an equitable and positive candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from initial intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and anticipated openings.
• Screen and interview candidates and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, references, background checks, and other pre-employment activities.
• Draft and maintain job postings and ensure accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system.
• Support an equitable and inclusive recruitment process designed to attract diverse candidate pools.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding activities in partnership with HR team and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill.
• Build relationships with external recruiting partners, professional associations, universities, job boards, and other talent sources.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Coordinate the employee training strategy in collaboration with the CHRAO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
• Support other HR initiatives as needed.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least four years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
• Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and analytically driven.
• Impeccable ability to maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of ethical and professional behavior.
• Ability to assess people in an effort to anticipate the changing needs of our staff and our workforce.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.
• Commitment to equitable and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, Microsoft Office, and recruitment technology.
• Demonstrated ability to independently advise hiring managers and senior leaders on recruitment strategy, selection practices, and hiring decisions.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION:

Salary for this position is competitive and depends on prior experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package is included. The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000.
