Prisma Cloud Engineer

Acuity is seeking a System Engineer focused on designing, configuring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure platforms. This role plays a key part in advancing Acuity's cloud strategy, modernizing infrastructure, improving reliability, and ensuring secure, compliant, scalable solutions that support the business. This role owns the cloud platform and the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines that provision and operate it. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enable efficient, consistent delivery of cloud services. The ideal candidate should have experience with major cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, along with a strong understanding of cloud architecture, governance, and operational excellence. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
• Strong experience developing and operating Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell, including modular design, version control, and reusable patterns.
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines that automate infrastructure provisioning, validation, and deployment across environments.
• Familiarity with integrating infrastructure pipelines with source control systems (e.g., Git-based workflows) and implementing automated testing, security scanning, and promotion strategies.
• Understanding of Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with administering Windows and Linux based operating systems.
• Knowledge of hybrid environments integrating on-premises systems with cloud platforms.
• Experience implementing governance and compliance through automation (e.g., policy-as-code, guardrails).
• Experience deploying generative AI services for use across the organization.
• Assist in establishing standards and trouble reporting procedures.
• Assist in system performance monitoring, reporting and tuning.
• Participate in the Disaster Recovery plan and rehearsals.
• Design new or revised architectures to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements and provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
• Remain abreast of company and industry directions.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent and continued field specific education.

3-5 years practical experience in computer operations, applications and/or technical support or information security.

A keen interest and aptitude for problem identification and resolution. Full understanding of operating system hardware, software, network components, security, and/or database management system Ability to provide exact audit trials and recovery points during project life cycles to ensure maximum system stability Ability to work cooperatively with technical and non-technical system users and industry vendors. Good listening ability as well as the ability to competently train others. Willingness to respond to problems with little notice as well as to adjusting off hours scheduling to meet company project installation dates. Be accountable and respond when reached out to for assistance during and outside of typical work hours, this may include participating in an off-hour call list.

This job is classified as exempt. The salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
