Education & Experience: Accredited Personal Training Certification or a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Physical Education; prior experience leading or managing a team of trainers; First Aid Certification
Additional Specializations (preferred): Team leadership, performance coaching, client retention strategy, and hands-on training experience across multiple disciplines
Location: Harrisburg, East York, York, Lancaster - Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Language: Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

Essential Job Functions:

• Motivation! Set the tone for your team's energy and encouragement so every trainer helps their clients complete sessions and reach their fitness goals.
• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with your clients to provide personalized coaching, monitor progress, address individual needs, and ensure a high-quality member experience.
• You're the one bringing the team together! You'll run the weekly team meetings — sharing wins, tackling challenges, and keeping every trainer aligned and motivated.
• One team meeting a month isn't enough! You'll also sit down one-on-one with each trainer to talk performance, celebrate progress, and coach them toward their next goal.
• Use our trainer app to oversee bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations across your team for a more organized, transparent workflow.
• Be the go-to support for your trainers — guide them through schedule changes, client concerns, and day-to-day questions so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Help your team prepare client sessions in advance, and keep a clear forecast of the department's month across all trainers.
• Make sure every trainer is connecting with clients ahead of sessions with location and timing reminders.
• Give it your all! Model and coach the standard you expect — hands-on training tools, workouts, and habit-building tips — so your team can offer clients the best feel-good experience.
• Build in feedback sessions, tracking, and progress monitoring across the department so no client is left wondering about their results.
• Make sure the team is maximizing client subscriptions and fitness packages to drive retention and results.
