Assistant Manager

Role Overview As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, training, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance services. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes, educating guests, managing schedules, assisting with inventory, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and opening/closing the center. You will help build a high-performance team focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications & Skills Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with KPI data analysis, schedule flexibility, and high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled spaces is necessary.
