Your duties will include: 1.

Performing 3 Way Match to ensure accuracy in our financial records.

This involves matching invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports before making payments.

2.

Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

You will need to investigate any differences you find and correct them as necessary.

3.

Assisting in the preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

4.

Maintaining financial security by following internal controls and procedures.

5.

Providing financial information to the management by researching and analyzing accounting data and presenting your findings in a clear and concise manner.

6.

Consulting with clients to understand their financial needs and providing them with appropriate accounting solutions.

7.

Collaborating with the accounting team to improve financial processes and promote fiscal responsibility throughout the company.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.

The following qualifications are required: 1.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Accounting + Finance industry.

2.

Proficiency in 3 Way Match and Reconcile or equivalent skillset is a must.

3.

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4.

Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

5.

Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.

6.

Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

7.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

8.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
