Sales Recruiter

Job Description Recruiter Needed for one of the top Allstate insurance agencies in the country located in McKinney, TX. I'm looking for a self‑motivated individual with high energy, excellent leadership skill and the ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment. A successful recruiter would be able to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; developing hiring processes and guidelines; and conducting basic HR functions as required. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in‑house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency‑based, stress, etc.) Hands‑on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in‑tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
